Welcome! Welcome! Welcome!

Post placeholder image

I just wanted to say a warm welcome to all those who were directed to my weblog from the Chicago Tribune article. I got a little panicky, but as my sister and best guy friend told me earlier, everything will be fine. So I’m no longer having second thoughts about granting the interview. In fact I think the reporter, Gail Philbin did an excellent job in capturing my essence. Plus I’m really digging the picture taken by Margo Cohn. Interestingly enough, when I gave the interview I had just gotten back from New York, where I helped to celebrate my aunts’ graduation from Vassar College. In any event, for those of you who want to get to know me better, check out my monthly archives as well as the about me section. And if you’re new to the blogging world, also check out my list of other weblogs worth reading. There’s a world out there yet to be discovered. Welcome once again!

I found out about your blog through Serenity’s Journal. I like what I’m reading. You have a great blog. Congrats on the Chicago Tribune thing. Here’s hoping your 15 minutes stretches into at least an hour! Keep up the good work.

    Serenity's Journal

    She’s FAMOUS!

About a month or so ago, I came across a blog that had been highlighted at Venomous Kate’s site. Since then, I have visited this blogger’s site daily…sometimes a few times a day. She doesn’t necessarily post a lot on…

After reading about you in the Tribune, I became fascinated about the weblog subject. I immediately wanted to know everything there was to know about it.
You’ve inspired me to maybe create my own weblog.
I work in public relations and really enjoy writing, but the company I work for is pretty conservative, so I don’t really get to be as
creative as I’d like. So, we’ll see!
    Good Luck!!

Ursula – Yes, I was directed by the Trib article and, as a “serious amateur” photographer, really liked Margo Cohn’s great photo! Have thought about on-line journals, either a general-purpose rant or a journal related to beginning some new adventure in my life. Haven’t dipped my mouse into the blog inkwell, yet, but the thought is intriguing. Wishing you much luck, good health and happiness.

Well I don’t know how I really landed in this part of the Web site but, I just wanted to say I read selected parts of the December posting and I thought they were really good. You covered a wide variety of topics and it was nice to see you do get to spill health outlet even with the Marilyn thing. I’m sure I will be checking the rest of the months out so I can get up to speed on you comments etc…. Good job.
