After reading A River Runs Through It, I dreamt about going to Missoula, Montana to fly fish. Heck, I even went to so far as to purchase a boatload of expensive fly fishing gear from the Orvis Store on Michigan Avenue. I then spent many a weekend practicing my casting technique at the Lincoln Park North Pond. This then progressed to a few fly fishing trips to Wisconsin. However, life kind of happened and I never really made it to Montana. But after listening to Montana Governor Brian Schweitzer at the convention earlier this week, I am once again fantasising about standing in the middle of one of big rivers in Montana fly fishing for trout!
