London 2012 Games Makers Choir

The London 2012 Games Makers’ are one of the main reasons for the success of the games. They were on hand at all venues to answer questions, help spectators find their way around and direct spectators to their seat. They were quite easy to spot with their snazzy, brightly coloured uniforms. Anyway, as part of the continuing legacy some of them have gotten together and formed a choir. The Climax

Boris Johnson’s speech at the end of the Greatest Team Parade for Team GB and ParalympicsGB signaled the official end to London 2012. And so I tip my orange bowler hat to the athletes, military, police, volunteers, Seth Coe and staff and really everyone involved in making the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games such a huge success. It’s been an amazing summer of sport and culture.

Prime Minister In Waiting

Boris Johnson the current Mayor of London is tipped to be the future leader of the British Conservative Party and eventual Prime Minister. So let’s hope that when he does get back into Parliament, he will start acting less like a buffoon and more like a serious politician. Don’t get me wrong, I do like a politician who is of the people and is quite personable, but Boris takes it all a bit too far and often makes a fool of himself.
