    I’m sorry you didn’t get into Kavalier & Clay. It does start a little slow, but it’s my favorite book of the last couple of years.

    Man I loved that book! It totally sucked me in, and I lived in it’s world on and off for a week. My wife wasn’t into it al all though. I passed it to my dad and he loved it as much as I did. My Mom started it and then decided it was boring. You just never know…

    “Amazing Adventures…” had greater cover art and I was prompted to pull it from the shelf at Borders a few months back and flip through it. But nothing jumped out at me, either, so I didn’t buy it.
