Different Country. Different Rules.

Two solid days after Christmas is over and the Chinese Restaurant down the street is not yet open. What gives? Chinese Restaurants are always supposed to be open, even on Christmas and New Years. Court of Two Sisters: Open for Business

One of the restaurants I dined at while in New Orleans two summers ago, sent me their quarterly e-newsletter with a fabulous recipe for Grits and Grillades, along with an appeal to come back and enjoy their fine cooking.
