Into Great Silence

Two weekends ago I did something I hadn’t done in almost a year. I went to the movies. I went because I felt like the house search was taking over my life and I really just need some escape time. However, I was too lazy to go to one of the major cinemas and ended up at the local artsy theatre in Kilburn. They were showing Into Great Silence. Your 15 Minutes Are Up!

I am all for reality TV stars getting their 15 minutes of fame, but after that is over, they need to go away until they acquire some serious talent. The adapter went out and I was so ticked off by the fact that it happened one month after my warranty expired, that I just did nothing about it for awhile. Then when I finally shelled out the money to replace, I realized how boring television has […]

Wicked

Note to Self: Go to the theatre more often. Do not wait for family and friends to visit. Shows like Wicked: The Untold Sold of the Witches of Oz which you saw on Tuesday night with a visiting friend are just too good to miss out on.
