   That’s great news! There’s a certain satisfaction that comes with ownership – you can make all the choices because you are the boss of those walls. I hope you treat yourself to something celebratory after all of that aggravation.
   There are also those that say the house owns you, you do not own the house – but ignore those people until things start breaking. 🙂
