Injured Again.

Once again, my lower back is hurting me. This is what I get for over exerting myself at the gym. Goodness! Why am I constantly injuring myself? Maybe I should just stop going to the gym. With or without the help of a trainer, I always end up on the injured reserve list.

    Used to have lower back pain but was sorted out by the osteopath. The problem is the tendons in your legs/thighs; these are connected to your lower spine. If you do not stretch enough before exercise they will contract and compact your lower vertebra. Hence the pain.
    Try stretching them and the pain will go away.
