Everybody Loves Chris

Goodness! Where does the time go? January is turning out to be a very busy month. I can’t begin to say how much this pleases me. One of the highlights from last week was seeing Chris Rock perform his comedy routine live at the Hammersmith Apollo theatre. Welcome Home Present

I come home to a cold dark house. In fact, the whole street is dark. Why, I am not exactly sure. And unlucky for me, the heating system requires electricity. So I decide to jump straight into bed. I don’t even take my clothes off. I am tired and cold. Really cold. My teeth are rattling. Not the welcome home I had imagined, but oh well! Lychee

My flight is not until 5pm, so after checking out and storing my luggage, I spend a few hours browsing the antique shops on and around Dorotheergasse Street. I am tempted to buy something, but everything I see that I like is obscenely overpriced, so in the end I walk away. I don’t even buy the obligatory Christmas ornament or chocolate to take back.
