What To Do For Christmas

I still haven't made a decision about whether or not to go to Rome for Christmas. It would mean going alone, which really isn't too big a problem. I love travelling alone. I get to do what I want when I want. Now granted it’s not ideal to be alone at Christmas, but I'm totally comfortable with solo travelling. Plus, I’m sure I’d meet people over there. What's making me so indecisive is that I'd only be there for 3.5 days. Two of those days are a public holiday which means a lot of museums and shops will be closed. This means that I wouldn’t get the full experience. So it might be sensible to defer until next year. But I almost want to throw caution to the wind and go anyway. Either way, I have a few more hours to decide. Then I have to confirm the ticket. Departure would be tomorrow. Either way, thank goodness for air miles and free tickets with last minute confirmation capabilities!!!
