Michigan Ranked Seventh in Preseason Coaches PollNEW YORK, N.Y. -- The University of Michigan football team will begin its 125th season ranked No. 7 in the preseason ESPN/USA Today Coaches poll, which was released today (Friday, July 30). The Wolverines, who received 1,128 points in the national coaches poll, begin the year in exactly the same spot that they finished the 2003 season.
