Last night I slammed Atkins Endulge Chocolate Ice Cream. Tonight, I'm going to sing the praises of Klondike CarbSmart Fudge Bars. They are so so much better than Atkins ice cream. In fact, these low carb ice cream bars from Klondike taste just like the regular stuff. So now trying to exercise self discipline as the one I had tonight was so yummy, that I'm not sure I can hold myself back from eating the other 5 in the box.
Btw, I just came across a weblog devoted to reviewing low carb products, recipes, etc. It's called Low Carb Insider. Thinking I'll be frequenting this site quite a bit in the coming weeks/months. I'd like to loose another 20lbs and so that means getting reenergized about being on a low carb diet.
If you think the Klondike bars are good, you should try the Ben & Jerry's Carb Karma Half Baked Ice Cream. If it wasn't for that stuff, I would have fallen off the Atkins wagon!
