Blue Fin

I spent the early part of last evening gazing out of a friend’s new condo. She has a spectacular view of the city so we hung around chatting it up and getting tipsy on vodka tonics. Then we headed off to dinner at Blue Fin. If you're ever in Bucktown, check them out. Great atmosphere and more importantly, great sushi. After dinner, we had a night cap at Border Line Tap one of the most unpretentious bars I've visited in the neighborhood. It's good to see that despite the massive gentrification of the neighborhood, some of the establishments are maintaining their old charm.
