Sometimes I wonder why I really blog. Oh sure I want to get things off my chest, but I think deep down I just really like the attention it brings me. Not all of it has been good, but some of the attention is so positive that it makes me want to keep this up for years to come. Earlier today I got an email from someone who tells me that they "really" appreciate what I've written about a particular subject. I'm pleased as can be. Sorry I can't be more specific. I'm honoring their request to remain anonymous. :)

i wonder the same thing - what sort of person chooses to expose their life to total strangers via the internet. i'm still not sure.
I think that, deep down, a lot of people are very voyeuristic. I think this is one of the appealing things of blog reading. It's kinda like a written version of candid photographs.
I'm still not sure why I blog, but as for your blog, Ursula, well... you notice things I don't. You pay attention to things I miss. And you bring a unique perspective to things because of your self-awareness.
I'll be reading as long as you're blogging.
