My Political Compass

The People’s Republic of Seabrook blog had a link to a test which says it can help determine one’s political compass. Just took the test. The results came back as follows: Economic Left/Right: -5.25 Authoritarian/Libertarian: -3.49 So do I agree with the results? Yeah, I already knew my political views were pretty far to the left. Of course, it would be interesting to see if the results change in 10-15 years. I sort of agree with the view that the more someone moves up the socio-economic ladder, the more conservative they get (particularly when it comes to money and taxes).

My bloginality

Just completed test to determine my webbloger personality. According to Bloginality, I’m a ISTJ. Somewhat scarey, but I agree with the assessment from this 4 question test. “As an ISTJ, you are Intraverted, Sensing, Thinking, and Judging. Selective Memory Loss

Last night, I made it to 2 of the 3 parties. Both events were quite festive with lots of fun people to talk to. But with 1am approaching, thought it best to call it a night. In reflecting on the night, can’t help but think I suffer from selective (or not so selective) memory loss. I use to think it only applied to things in my past I didn’t want to remember, but I’m now having my doubts. In talking to one of the people at the party who was a huge hockey fan, I mentioned that I went to […]

Raw Fear Is What I Feel

Finally, I’ve taken the plunge. The plunge to set up a blog so I can share what some would describe as my secret history. Secret because most people who know me don’t really know me. Much of my inner thoughts, opinions, wants, and desires are never really shared. And if so, only with a chosen few. Oh don’t get me wrong, I’m a talker. Extremely opinionated. But I tend to hold certain things close to my heart. Blame it on my trust issues. A few years ago, I dismissed a group of friends because I never really felt I could […]
