Card Envy

I’ve mentioned before that I get my fair share of credit cards offers on a almost daily basis. But the all exclusive one that I really want may never come. It’s the American Express Centurion Card. Granted I don’t use credit cards often, but having one without any kind of limit would be quite comforting and a great boost to the ego. Oh well! I don’t really need a card with a $2500 annual membership fee. Granted it comes with a lot of perks, but it probably would be more trouble than its worth.

Corporate America’s New Outlet Mall

If you’re not yet using Ebay to shop, it may be time. According to article in April 2004 issue of Business 2.0, “big companies are lining up at Ebay’s front door to offload everything from home theatres to the kitchen sink.” That ultimately means better deals for us all. A Sign

After 2 hours on the phone with Olympus America, I have been unsuccessful in getting my most recent pictures taken on C-3000 camera downloaded to my computer. I did the first wave of Christmas shopping today. I only purchased items for myself, so I suppose you can’t really call it Christmas shopping. The problem is that I don’t really know what to get the people on my list. I’m not around them much doing the year as we live in different states. So without asking for a wishlist, I’m clueless. I suppose I could just send gift certificates, but that seems so impersonal. It totally lacks original thought. Then again, maybe it would be for the best. At least people would get what they want. There is […]

Another Helpful Hint

Since it’s highly unlikely that a family member or friend will get me the Saab 9-3 Convertible I hinted at last month, just thought I’ll suggest an alternative Christmas gift. This one is more reasonably priced. Item in question is a Casio Exilim EX-Z4U Digital Camera. Sure I already have a Olympus c-3000 Digital Camera, but it’s so bulky that I hardly take it anywhere. Plus the technology is totally dated since I purchased over 3 years ago. Now looking for a digital camera that has at least 4.0 megapixels that is also small and sleek. It needs to fit […]
