I Owe Uncle Sam Money
February 02, 2005
I paid more in taxes during 2004 than I made at my first corporate job some 10 years ago and yet according to TurboTax, I still owe Uncle Sam money. This just totally sucks. Single people really do get screwed when it comes to paying taxes. So while I don't condone cheating and would never do it, I now understand why people get creative with their taxes.

Well I'm failing right now at the getting married part. So no chance of kids anytime soon. As for purchasing a house, that might be awhile too. I'll soon be off on an adventure and I'll probably wait a year or two before purchasing.

So much for the middle class tax cut. Sounds like you need to get married, buy a house, and have a few kids. It's the American way.
